Shows & Orchestra

  • The type of content differs per show and will be announced in detail. We encourage you to review each show announcement carefully to know what to expect.

    In most cases, the full-length film or other visuals will be projected on a large screen alongside a live orchestral performance. However, some events will feature the orchestra on its own, without accompanying footage or visuals.

  • Film Concerts PH works with the musicians of Filharmonika Orchestra for every show. However, the conductor changes per show and will be announced accordingly.

  • You can find the schedule for upcoming concerts on the official Film Concerts PH website under Events and our social media channels. We will update this regularly with new shows and info.

Venue & Entry

  • We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert begins to allow time for seating and to enjoy any pre-concert activities.

  • Your e-tickets (printed and digital) are valid for entry. Please present your ticket to the ushers upon arrival.

    If you’d like to print your ticket as a souvenir, you may request one at the Box Office before the show by presenting a valid ID and the card used to purchase for verification. 

    Please note that advance printing of online tickets at outlets is not available.

  • If a representative will be claiming the physical tickets, they’ll need to present the following:

    • Authorization letter signed by both the card owner and the representative.

    • Photocopy of valid IDs of both parties with signatures.

    • Photocopy of the credit card used, ensuring all details are covered except for the last four digits and the cardholder’s name.

    Please note that Ticketworld will not accommodate the printing of physical tickets if the required documents are incomplete.

  • Children aged 3 and above are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. For everyone’s enjoyment, disruptive children may be asked to step out of the theatre.

  • Our events have no strict dress code, and to come in cosplay is welcome. If you will not be cosplaying or coming in costume, smart casual attire is recommended.

  • The venues are equipped with facilities to accommodate guests with disabilities, and the ushers are ready to assist you throughout the event.

  • Parking availability varies by venue. Please visit the venue’s official website or social media pages for parking information.

Ticketing

  • Tickets are available exclusively through our official ticketing partner, TicketWorld. You may purchase online at Ticketworld.com.ph or in-person at any TicketWorld outlet.

  • For online transactions via TicketWorld website, the only accepted mode of payment is through Credit or Debit Card.


    For QR payments such as GCash and Maya are available only for over-the-counter payments at TicketWorld physical outlets.

  • The ticket purchase limit varies per show and is based on demand. Most of our events set a limit of either 4 or 6 tickets per transaction to ensure fair access for all guests.

  • To qualify for a refund, please ensure you’ve selected the Refundable Tickets optionduring checkout (kindly note that a small additional fee applies).

    No refund will be processed if your tickets are not classified as Refundable Tickets.

  • Yes, tickets are transferable, and you may forward them to the person who will be using them.

    We do recommend reviewing the Terms & Conditions on your e-ticket, as it includes important reminders, particularly regarding the resale of tickets at a premium.

  • Unfortunately, tickets cannot be transferred to a different show date. All tickets are valid only for the date and time indicated at the time of purchase

  • To avail tickets with Senior Citizen, PWD, or Diplomat discount, you may visit any TicketWorld outlet or reach them via phone/email:

Pre-Sale Access

  • For most shows, we usually have two pre-sale periods:

    • FCPH Community Pre-sale: for members of the Film Concerts PH Community who are subscribed to our newsletter.

    • Ticketworld Pre-sale: for Ticketworld members who opted in to receive marketing emails. 

    Both pre-sales are announced in advance on our official social media channels, with limited seats available.

    Depending on the venue, they may also have their own dedicated pre-sales to their rewards members.

  • You may sign up here. After signing up, please ensure that you confirm the email from Third Culture Entertainment so you can receive pre-sales and other news directly in your inbox.

  • Seats are automatically assigned to the best available at the time of purchase, helping manage traffic and avoid duplicate seat selections. If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, the system will also ensure your seats are together.

Marketing & Business Proposals

  • For partnership proposals, sponsorships, or co-promotional opportunities, please email info@filmconcerts.ph with your company details and proposal overview.

  • For press kit requests, please contact info@filmconcerts.ph and include details about your media outlet. Specify whether your request is for a particular show or if you wish to be added to our regular press seeding list.
